"The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars."

"The property was clean and the hotel staff was professional and friendly."

"Room was updated and very comfortable. Communications via phone and text were easy and I received responses promptly. Only slight drawback was the limited parking, but both nights we were there we were able to find street parking right around the corner very easily. It was a great stay and if we are back in West Palm Beach, we will visit again!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my visit, I spotted five cockroaches in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. A hotel room should feel clean and safe, but this experience made it difficult to relax or enjoy my stay. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses pest control and sanitation immediately. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others."
