"Every staff member was friendly, patient and helpful. I loved the easy airport shuttle, as well as the complimentary shuttle to the shopping mall. The rooms were clean and will maintained. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an airport hotel."

"The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom floor had hair, not mine, on it. The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was really good. The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained very slowly. The first room they put us in the shower was broken so the first night we couldn't shower. The staff was amazing very helpful. The second room the satellite wouldn't work but they sent someone up quickly to fix it. We asked for handicap room and the first one was on the 11th floor, the second one was on the 10th. If their was an emergency there would have been no way for my husband who is in a wheel chair to exit. The ice machine didn't work on the 10th floor. The restaurant on the 4th floor was also closed, but relocated in the lobby hall. The hotel was very beautiful and the staff amazing but it's not handicapped friendly so I wouldn't stay there again"
