We had a great stay. The only downfall to our stay was that the elevators were down and we had to do stairs which was very hard on us handicapped individuals. However, we were made aware of this before our stay and the staff was wonderful and they helped us by taking our things and sitting them by our room. Very much appreciated. Everything else was great. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Staff exceeds expectations! ❤️

Very clean! However at this point I must note that every time you go to this place something will be wrong. Was here miss summer and the AC wasn’t working. Came back and the elevator wasn’t working and my room is on 3rd floor and came back the last time and the elevator wasn’t working with room on 5th floor

Well, it is right across from the methadone clinic……. And Elevator was still not working. They put us and my elderly parent on floor 3. There is no restaurant, even though the description says family restaurant. I think it’s just the breakfast which was the best part about the hotel. I would not recommend this to anyone with a family or traveling alone.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. It was great to have free secure underground parking. The breakfast set up was very elaborate with something for every type of breakfast eater. Staff was polite and helpful. An all around good experience.

Checking time took over an hour..staff nice and did there best but should have more checkin staff on hand when you know people are coming in for concerts etc. No elevators were functioning..bar computers and vending machines not working upon arrival to hotel. They also should of hired staff to maybe help carry luggage up the flights of stairs.

Felt like “Escape From New York” Neighborhood was filled with homeless openly using drugs! Elevator not working (construction)Hotel said 2nd floor but had to climb 3 floors from garage! Room was clean and quiet. Signs everywhere “NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN GOODS” should have been a RED FLAG! Need a well deserved discount! Puyallup Fair just not worth the trip!!

You ever shower and get out and still feel gross that was here. Hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Pillows and sheets smelt like dirty musty water. Everything was out of order. Had to climb stairs in and out for room access. Staff was doing the best they can, the staff we encountered was great but amenities and over hotel was rough due to remodeling? (giving benefit of the doubt).

Parking was secure and had a decent amount of parking for the fact it was right next to the Tacoma dome. There is a parking lot right behind that but most guests just circled the garage, hoping to find a spot. The rooms were absolutely pristine as far as cleanliness. I left too early to try any breakfast.
