「Pool wasn’t functioning. Not a lot of people but couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate early check in. Very clean and staff pleasant in general.」

「We checked in after 8pm and the loby was closed, a paper sigh directed guests to use the "window" around the side was a security window, buzzer and tinny, scratchy speaker . A woman inside was sweeping and looked annoyed and finally acknowledged my presence. She was less than welcoming and curt. It took her along time to check us in and she spoke very few words through the speaker at us. It felt more like a prison visit then vacation check in. This check in experience was sad because the room...

「I gave them 5 stars because they require a deposit, and I used cash the first time, but forgot to retrieve it the next morning. Several months later I stayed at the hotel again and told them I forgot to pick up my deposit from last time. A minute later the staff member came out with a handful of envelopes from previous deposits and found mine in the pile. I was shocked like a deathrow inmate when they pulled my deposit from that stack. They definitely deserve an "at it, boy."」
