"I had clean my own room… I saw the cleaning ladies when I left on Wednesday June 3rd. I returned they were still on my hallway. When I returned around 10 pm, my room was still dirty. I had to go to front desk to get more towels and garbage bags to clean my room. The front desk worker stated that they don’t like to clean unless you’re leaving. I asked at check In about towelsAnd cleaning and the front desk staff on June 2nd told me that they will have cleaning services available daily. This was my first time Selecting Hampton hotel! I don’t think I will select that hotel/ property when I return to Waldorf, Maryland. I will try another property when I return in August."
