「It is a hotel within walking distance from downtown. There is a riverside promenade, making it a quiet and relaxing environment. The Alaska Railroad Anchorage Station is also nearby, so it can serve well as a base for travel. The facilities are a bit dated and the amenities are minimal, but sufficient. A complimentary buffet-style breakfast was provided, which was very convenient.」

「Staff was warm and helpful. The pool was clean and the Hottub was as well. Will stay here anytime I’m in Anchorage」

「The property is well maintained my only comment would be they need to replace the locks on the 1st floor. I had to fix them so I could actually lock them. I noticed they weren’t locked when I was closing the curtains. They need to be repaired. But everything else was perfect」

「Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing.」
