「All was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay here. There is some plastic and other small garbage pieces along the beach. It is hear to cleanup or prevent it from happening. I picked up some pieces every day but more people would have to do it too….」

「スタッフは丁寧ではあったが非常に無責任だった。 ・プール用タオルの受け取り時、受け渡し法を知らないスタッフを含め説明が人によって異なった。 ・前夜に注文受付されたランチボックスを、出発時になって、適応条件外の注文だから、と拒否された。挙句「受付たスタッフは誰だ？」、と責任論を客にぶつけてきた。 ・委託と思われる写真撮影スタッフがいたが、撮影した写真を購入しようとしたところ、準備に時間がかかるからあと20分後、30分後、5分後、と言われて続け、結局受け取ったとは3時間後だった。この時も、「20分後なんていったのは誰だ？私がそんなこと言ったか？」との対応であった。 スタッフの対応としては、今まで利用したホテルの中で最悪だった。 また、夜に行われていたライブイベントが非常にうるさかった。 直接アクセスできるビーチの海は非常にきれいだった。また、プールにも趣向が凝らされてウォータースライダーもあり、その点は子供連れに良かった。」

「The room had quite old furniture(older part of the hotel), and there were no additional toiletries provided (just soap). The food was okay with plenty of choices, but it was often cold. The coffee was also disappointing. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter pour passer un agréable séjour.」

「room was clean but a bit dated. things generally around the hotel are old but was overall okay. food was decent. had plenty of variety for veggie food which is normally unheard of. snacks were very good. and drinks were okay a bit weak and watered down. shame the slides were closed when we went even though there were plenty of kids around.」

「Our stay was as a family with young kids. We chose half board (there’s an all inclusive option). The stay was ok overall. Pros: very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk, close to Anthony Quinn and Ladikio beaches, easy parking, many (basic) facilities, nice pool, superior room is good size and nice view to the pool and sea.
