「Overall a really nice place in new town, close to the water and old town. Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). Check in was excellent with Michael very welcoming.We were early arriving so didnt expect room to be ready however we were offered the opportunity to have breakfast which was a lovely gesture.
