The staff were very welcoming on my arrival, The room was very clean with tea and coffee which were replenished daily. The only meal that I had in the restuarant was excellant.

Great location for the bars and restaurants. Also the beach was near. It is just a short walk to the harbour and Rhodes old town. The harbour had lots of boat trips you could choose from. This hotel also can book you some day trips. The pool was small with plenty of sunbeds.

We had an amazing stay from beginning to end. The rooms were clean with fresh bedding and towels daily! The staff were super friendly and helpful at the reception and bar.

La struttura è nuova e di recente ristrutturazione. Dotata di tutti i confort e le dotazioni della camera sono buoni. La colazione abbondante e di qualità. L’unico neo è purtroppo la pulizia. Le addette alle camere non prestano attenzione. La logistica è favorevole. Vicino a tutti i punti di interesse della città.

Ottima struttura al centro di Rodi, la old town si raggiunge con una camminata a piedi, ottima la pulizia sia delle aree comuni che della camera, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, non ci è piaciuta la piscina troppo vicino alla strada, e la notte è un po’ rumorosa vicina ai disco-pub della zona. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, consigliato!!

I had a great experience at the hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean (in fact, the whole property was spotless) and they followed my request to be put in a room with sea view, which gave me the best morning views when I woke up. Also worth mentioning the hotel was a stone's throw away from the quieter side of the beach which was ideal for me. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it.

Large construction site next to the hotell with a lot of noise and also next to a strip club. Service was friendly but when asked for a massage booking at the hotell they referred me to a QR code and to send a form (!). Loved that the room had it's own pool! When the clean the room they bascially only make the bed. Floor was still dirty.

Maalesef Mercure kalitesini bu otelde bulabilmek çok zordu otel adeta üniversite kampüsü gibiydi. Fiyatları aşağıya çekmeleri tüm gençlerin oteli düz ayak kullanmalarına sebep vermiş gürültü ve çevredeki gece kulüpleri sebebiyle uyumak mümkün değildi.

Oda her gün temizlendi. Kahvaltıda her gün aynı menü çıktı. Onun dışında merkezi konumda olması, otel önünde araba bırakmak için geniş bir alanın olması tercih sebebi olabilir. Burada otopark gerçekten büyük sorun. Kaldığımız oda denizi de görüyordu. 3 kişilik bir oda için biraz küçük olsa da Rodos görülmeye değerdi.

The hotel staff has always been extremely helpful in my many stays at the Alexia over the years and the location of the hotel is excellent for walks to the ancient city and is very close to the Aegean for those always perfect sunsets.

This was my third year in a row staying at the Alexia and it has always worked perfectly and is an excellent base of operations for seeing the new and the old fortified city. Many fine and interesting restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The huge buffet breakfast is always nice and a good way to start another pretty day in Rhodes.

This was my second visit to the Alexia and both visits have been excellent and the staff has always been most helpful. That huge buffet breakfast is a good way to start another beautiful day on Rhodes.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est proche de la plage et de toute commodité( supermarchés, restaurants,pharmacie..) Notre chambre était face à la mer avec un coucher de soleil magnifique.Ce qui gachait tout ça ,c'était le bruit ingernal que faisaient les clientes( filles) qui coursient tardivement dans le couloir,qui se parlaient en criant,sortaient au balcon commun en claquant toute la nuit la porte.le service dr chambre nul,on se retrouvait sans champooing ni gel douche malgrè notre demande de remplir les flacons.ils ne contrôlent pas le service de chambre.Draps usés et aussi ceryaines serviettes. Les 2 ascenseurs étaient en panne un sur 2.l'électricité s'est coupé pendant l'heure du petit déjeuner donc pas de café ni plats chauds .un des serveurs s'est permis de prendre mon tel posé sur la table sans me demander pour nous prendre une photo.le petit déjeuner n'était pas de bonne qualité.les feuilletées très désséchées et le café pas bon.Le verre à boisson ou de vin , offert pour l'arrivée des clients était nul( le jus d'orange n'était pas frais) . Sans oublier l'air conditionmé qui fonctionnait très mal.on étouffait dans la chambre.

This hotel is perfect for a short holiday break. We stayed 1 week and it was fine. Clean, nice room and bathroom, kind staff and perfect breakfast. The buildings around the hotel are terrible. The seaview is affected by buidlings in poor condition and empty.
