Room was not vacuumed properly - I stepped on a nail (barefooted) which I gave to the receptionist and complained. Also, there was a pair of socks on the floor (left by previous guest) which I also handed over to the receptionist.」
「I really enjoyed there. I met a squirrel on the pathway snow covered. I visited the car museum and it was very interesting. I was satisfied that I could cook in my room. 」

Had there been more guest staying there They would’ve had better service, attendance and quality of food. But that all being said, I would stay there again with no problem.」

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They provided a shuttle bus to the airport, and when I was returning, they arranged a taxi for me.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I requested a microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer in advance, and they were kind enough to provide them.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, and coffee.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
One thing to note is that the hotel is conveniently located right outside, which would be great if you're arriving by car.
