「Only exception is broken toilet roll holder, everything else is great. Clean room, and large window gives us wonderful view (although weather was not very good). As other comment says, to access this location, need to drive dirt road, slippy when it rains, but should be no problem if you have 4WD. This time in October, but someday I would like to come in winter to see northern lights again.」
「The room is roomy and comfortable. It has more space than my first studio apartment. We were on the third floor so the perpetually broken elevator was a minus. The place is split up into various buildings. Ours was an 11 minute walk to breakfast. We used the 5 food trucks in the adjacent parking lot instead. It was a decent quiet (other than the highway) residential area. Uber guys can find it. The staff was helpful if a bit distracted by all the other activities. 」

This Alaska hotel actually did full room service every day while others didn’t as they were getting ready to shut down. The room was clean and comfortable and I easily recommend it to travelers.」

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They provided a shuttle bus to the airport, and when I was returning, they arranged a taxi for me.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I requested a microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer in advance, and they were kind enough to provide them.
The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, and coffee.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
One thing to note is that the hotel is conveniently located right outside, which would be great if you're arriving by car.
