「The family room I stayed in was spotless, quiet and well equipped for one night stay. Check in and checking out were very straightforward. We had a cooked breakfast and all appeared to be freshly cooked and tasty. Breakfast area very clean and tidy with hotel staff cleaning tables very promptly. If ever planning to stay in this area without hesitation would do it again. Strongly recommended.」

「これまで何度も利用していますが、今回の部屋にあったドライヤーはhighにするとオーバーヒートしてすぐ止まってしまい、冷ましてからでないと復活しないので、常にlowでないと連続して使用できませんでした。幸いショートヘアなので難なく済ませられましたが、これがロングヘアの方だったら苦労したと思います。 今まで利用した部屋にあったドライヤーはとても重いものでしたが、今回のは軽かったので違うタイプのものと思われます。 それと、洗面所の排水が悪く、なかなか流れなかったのが難点でした。」

「ホテルは清潔、従業員のホスピタリティも高く、満足のゆくものでした。ただし、業務で滞在したからであって、食事をする場所の選択はなく、すべてホテル内で済ませるにはメニューにバラエティがなく閉口しました。」

「Everything was fine during our stay, apart from a finding a dubious-looking piece of "something sticky" in one of the paper cups in our room (sorted out quickly by reception). There are several places to eat here. And whilst KFC, Greggs, and McDonald's aren't exactly the most appealing options, the West Cornwall Pasty Co provided a welcome alternative. Our room was comfortable, warm and very quiet. All-in-all, It made for an ideal overnight stop.」
