「I love Matanza. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything. I enjoyed sitting on the canal/bay and seeing all the wildlife, especially Manatee! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was perfect!」

「This home was so comfy, well organized and stocked with the best smelling towels and linens. The walk to the beach was a breeze, and they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use on your trip. Groceries were a short walk away and communication was quick and easy. I would love to visit again.」

「Great for two people! AC was a little loud other than that close to everything so we could walk wherever we wanted to go. Only used an Uber to go into town」

「Great place, clean and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions.」

「Close to the beach, clean rooms, great covered balcony (no screens). Had a power outage after a storm and the lock on the door would not work correctly. Called the emergency number, as it was after hours, and was greeted by staff immediately. Within a short time the staff member was at the door and fixed the lock. Great service! Super friendly staff.」

「This place was amazing. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked. You could easily travel with just some clothes and more personal toiletries. The hosts include everything else, including multiple types of sunscreen. The decor was lovely. We loved the octopus theme. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor fridge with alcoholic and n/a drinks (the first one's free!). All of your beach needs are there including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, a...

「Balcony with beach view was super nice. Kitchen with full range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave was very well appointed. Only minuses were a lack of usb charging, and tv apps were a little weak with no you tube or custom installable apps. Complex could use a fitness room. Most other things you need are within walking distance.」

「This is a great little house. Off the beaten path so it’s nice and quiet, but also close to the beach. Walking to the tourist area and restaurants is a bit of a hike in the hot summer sun, but is doable. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We were able to cook in a lot and save money. The outdoor propane grill was an added bonus. Communication was great, and we encountered no major issues. This is a shared location, but we couldn’t hear the...

「PROS-Host was excellent. Actual apartment was clean. View of beach and water was excellent. CONS- have to pay to park on street (5 per hour) in order to unload car. If you have a lot of stuff bring a wagon to cart your things from car to rental. After unloading, I parked my car across the bridge at the park and ride to minimize parking charges. Otherwise you willPay A-LOT TO PARK ON BEACH. The worst part for me- At the entrance to apartment there are 4 large trash bins ( must belong to adjacent...
