"The location was great. It is located in walking distance to the beach, had parking in front and close to Sanibel Island. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kayaks, grills in the back, or bicycles, but these were great offerings. It had what we needed. Overall a lot of offerings for a decent price. "

"We had an amazing stay in Fort Myers, Florida at our beach rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, beautiful sunsets, and plenty of time in the sand. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. 10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful property, generous size condos and all the amenities."

Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

10/10 Excellent

"The breakfast was great with plenty of omelets, cereal, and pastries to choose from. Having free laundry on every floor was a huge plus. The staff were amazing, and the whole place was super clean. Traveling with our toddlers was easy since they loved the zero-entry pool and the sand bar on the beach. We even got lucky and saw some dolphins in the gulf one morning. We’ll definitely be back! Walmart is close by, so we were able to purchase some sand toys and whatever food we wanted to prepare in the rooms, which came with a microwave and electric stovetop."

5350 Chasing Sunshine: 5BD/4.5BA Pool Home, Steps to Sand!

10/10 Excellent

"This home is beautiful, clean and the pool is amazing. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like- nice quality, and the location is fantastic. There’s still a lot of construction going on everywhere as they are still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but when inside the home it’s so well insulated you can hardly hear it. So close to the beach, ocean view- just awesome. It’s just far enough from the action near the busy bars and restaurants, but a quick 5 minute drive to go out to dinner, lunch or just to stroll around the shops. Uber was super easy to get as well, and food delivery was easy. Very nice Publix supermarket less than 1/2 mile from the home. Overall we had a wonderful stay- the host was incredibly responsive- always answering back within a few minutes of any questions. I would definitely seek out Coastal Vacation properties in the future- very seamless check in/check out and well managed."

8/10 Good

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Sun Palace. The property was very clean, and the location near a quiet beach made for a peaceful getaway. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants and activities, so it’s best suited to guests looking for a slower pace.A few things are worth knowing before booking. The pool spa was not a hot tub as we had expected, which was disappointing since we had been looking forward to enjoying it on cooler evenings. When we asked about heating it, we were told it wasn’t an option and instructed not to touch the equipment. Clearer expectations beforehand would have helped. The house felt a little smaller than we anticipated, and the lack of kitchen items made it challenging for preparing family meals. We also would have appreciated better stocking of basic supplies. The checkout requirements were fairly extensive, including dishes, linens, and trash duties. Given the price and separate cleaning fee, the amount of work required made departure feel less relaxing than we’re accustomed to with vacation rentals.Overall, we made wonderful family memories and appreciated the cleanliness and peaceful beach setting!"
