"This place was perfect and just what we needed. It’s perfect for a family get away. My kids were obsessed with the pool and it was close to mountain biking trails. The host responded very quickly to any questions I had. There were other things included that were helpful like beach towels, wagons, strollers etc. they also had a ping pong table and a basketball game that the kids loved. I would stay here again for sure."

"Great place and great location! My wife and I stayed here with my parents. The unit is across the street from the pool/hot tub, in a gated community, and a short distance from walking/biking paths. It is also a short drive to Snow Canyon and downtown St George. We loved it and plan to stay here again on future trips to the St George area."

"Spacious condo in a great location. We love the Lava Falls community as it is smaller and never feels busy. The pool and hot tub are a short walk. We also always enjoy the nearby bike trails. Only reason we gave it 4 stars was that this particular unit could use a bit of a refresh. Our mattress was a bit saggy, the cookware was old and worn, and other things, like the toilet seats, could probably use replacement. It would also be nice if they stocked a few games or puzzles, as this unit did not have anything. But overall we still enjoyed our stay."
