"The house was beautiful and well maintained. Super comfortable beds and amazing pool. We spent more time in the pool than we did exploring. Loved that they have an industrial ice machine, made it super easy to fill the cooler and take off for the day. We will definitely stay at here next trip."

"House was nice,besides location, backyard and pool was our main reason for booking. We had a couple issues. First, the red sands app took us to the wrong house. I called red sands and a helpful employee got us to the right address. When we arrived there was a mess of extension cords and power tools lying in the back yard. I picked up everything and stowed it in the pool shed. A shower broke on our second day and the water would not shut off. A tech showed up at 10 at night to get the water shut off. Kudos to him. He was friendly and did a great job, aldo came back and fixed the shower a few days later while we were at bryce canyon. We enjoyed the yard during the day but the amount of roaches and ground beatles in the yard at night was disturbing. Every morning i used a toy shovel to scoop up a dozen or more dead carcasses into the bushes. I turned on the patio light one night and couldn't believe my eyes. Dozens of roaches and other bugs kept us from using the yard after dark. We did not find any bugs in the house, until the last day when packing i found a live roach in the kitchen. We did make the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed Hurricane and all of Utah that we saw. We were dissappointed not being able to swim at night or enjoy the firepit or patio after dark. We probably won't be using red sands again due to this experience."

"The home was beautiful and well located to everything Zion. Shane the host always responded to us instantly and gave us recommendations for sights seeing.We would highly recommend Shane and his property to everyone."

Utah Retreat w/ Heated Pool, Grill & Fire Pit!

"The house was beautiful and clean and comfortable. We had fun using the ping pong table a few nights. And enjoyed the heated pool on one evening. We stayed here to visit Bryce Canyon and Zion parks. It was about 40 minutes to drive to Zion, and just over 2 hours to drive to Bryce. The drives to both were GORGEOUS!! Also found a couple of fantastic restaurants in Hurricane. Highly recommend Mazatlan for Mexican food and Pigs Ear for excellent ribs!"

"I’ve rented houses and condos many times and this house was probably the I’ve used! There were 5 of myself and my family and there was more room than we actually needed. The pool was nice and there were several other activities available such as a basketball goal, an exercise room and a game room with several activities available in it. The only problem was that we couldn’t get the hot tub to actually heat up enough to use it (could have been user error though). And there was a jack & jill bathroom that had to be shared. I would recommend this house to anyone that might be interested. PS. We loved Southern Utah and the state parks and of course Zion!"
