"The ac unit in the first room was noisy. We were upgraded on a second room and the ac unit was laboring. . There was a door to our bedroom which was locked. I could see that the upper return vent was clogged with dust. I got a towel and I removed the dust and clogged dirt from the upper vent. This helped the unit from straining and made it quieter. I guess our hotel stay got off to a rocky start. The rest of our stay was fabulous. The breakfast was outstanding. We probably will not come back,as we would stay nearer to St. George. "

"Place was good but we had some problems. This place does NOT HAVE a PRIVATE HOT TUB ON THE ROOF! The email operator was terrible.. if you called it was better .. the fireplace in the living room was stuck on and when I called to tell them they acted like I was an idiot. Then we were going to use the bbq and the propane was empty. Needs some improvement on a few things. The property itself was really good! "

"This was a great property. Very cozy. The pool with the slide and lazy river was a bit of a walk, but there was a small one a lot closer. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need to cook or grill while there, including spices. The downsides were the mattresses. They were not comfortable at all but, when thinking about a rental stay, we survived and the rest was amazing. We would definitely go back if they hadn’t changed their pet policy to no pets."
