I went to the indoor theatre. The show ELF was excellent. Sitting in row B felt too close. Row D was fine. A little farther back may have been better. Get tickets early. If the show sells well, the ticket prices go up. I went to the amphitheatre for their summer shows on a previous trip. The amphitheatre was wonderful and the shows were excellent. The complex is in a beautiful red rock canyon.

We saw The Sound of Music and it was awesome. I enjoyed the outdoor setting. The seats were hard so I would recommend taking a cushion to sit on. If it is summer and 100 degrees during the day, (like it was for me) wear something light because it was still 90 degrees when the show was over at 11:30pm.
