Service was fine. We often stay at other 5 Star (4 seasons) resorts and this does not hold a candle to them even though price was similar. Likely won't stay there again until they figure out the quirks.
I was greeted by every member of the staff I encountered. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a double Queen to a two bedroom Queen suite with a GINORMOUS balcony! The entire property was magnificent. The suite was to the moon and back above my expectations. Can’t wait to come back for more than one night!
This was an amazing resort. Would definitely come back! The restaurants were also fantastic. Comfortable beds, super clean, brand-new. Excellent resort for a great price.

Beautiful property and will have incredible amenities. Rooms were high tech and very clean. Staff is great. Lots of construction going on at property which limited self parking. Hotel requires additional payment parking, $15 a night for self park and $25 a night for valet parking which is unusual for the St. George area.
We stayed in several hotels while traveling around St. George/Zion on a trip and this was by far our favorite resort. The view from our room was incredible and everything at the hotel felt brand new. We had a great time relaxing at the pool with food/drink service. A bit surprised this resort did not have a higher rating but it appears some of the older reviews are from when the main hotel building was under construction. Highly recommend
Got to stay here during the preview phase. It's going to be an outstanding resort once fully built. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The staff are all very professional and friendly.
The golf experience was incredible!! Super friendly staff made the stay enjoyable despite the ongoing construction. This place will be magnificent when completed!
The valet team members outperformed the rest of the hotel staff. They were the most knowledgeable, informative, friendly and helpful. It will be a beautiful resort when it is complete. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and family friendly.
We loved our stay. It’s a property still under construction, so it isn’t perfect. However, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were new. And we played golf on a PGA ready course. Again we loved it.

The hotel had a wedding or some private event they were hosting. This event had loud speakers blaring music and an announcer on an intercom at 9am. When I was woken up by this I went on the balcony and it was over 100 yards away. It was so loud think me up in my room. If you’re thinking of a luxurious morning of sleeping in…. This is not the place.
The evening before I called the front desk to get bedding for the pullout bed. They never came. Hours later, I tried to call again. The front desk rang for a minimum 15 minutes before I for an answer. They did come the second time.
Room was nice. Pool was nice.
Very, Very nice facility even as they are in the middle of construction. We loved the room, the kitchenette and the beds. The bathroom was just designed poorly. There is a “window” from the shower to the other part of the room that lets light shine directly into the faces of those still sleeping. My wife was forced to shower and get ready in the dark as others were trying to sleep. The plugs were right behind the sink so cords kept falling in the sink which isn’t safe. Lastly the shower is completely clear glass which is fine for a couple but when you have friends also staying, no one else can use the bathroom while someone is showering. I would have designed it differently for the rooms that have multiple beds. Overall the entire facility was amazing and we will go back, the only drawback was how the bathroom was designed.
We stayed at the BDR for two nights during a recent road trip across southern Utah. The property is very quiet and located in a very scenic area. The staff were all very helpful and the rooms are very clean with all the amenities you need including an ipad to control the lights and blinds.
While we acknowledge the resort is new and still under construction, there were a few things about our stay that disappointed...
1) The price of some menu items was ridiculous while others were an ok value. Three tiny shrimp tacos at the pool for $18 were not worth it. The nachos at Hole 20 were a meal for two and cost $15 plus $8 for chicken. Although adding steak to the same nachos for $15 gets you back to the ridiculous realm, in our opinion.
2) Don't buy the cocktails. OK, we get it, we know where the resort is located but really? The typical cocktail at any of the bars runs $18 to $20 and has almost NO ALCOHOL. There were patrons who would order their $20 cocktail along with an additional shot of vodka just to add it themselves.
3) No liquor license at the pool...and no, you may not bring in outside beverages either. This is completely disappointing for a place that calls itself a 'resort'.

State of the art facility. Beautiful location. Everything new and in perfect repair. Amazing free upgrade to a deluxe suite with fully equipped kitchen including Wolf and Subzero appliances and a dishwasher. Price was unbelievable. Stayed three nights and would have loved to stay longer.
