Nice home in secure private area, 15 min. to beach, 40 min. to wine country.

Really nice newer home in private residential area with 24/7 security. Relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from Valle de Guadalupe on the balcony with views or the city and port/ocean. Or relax inside playing games with family or enjoy a show on the big screen tv. The beach is just 10-15 minute drive and wine country is about 40 minutes away. There is a new Plaza/mall just 3 minutes away which includes a movie theater and many shops. The bedrooms all have televisions with streaming devices to watch your favorite show online. The master bedroom also has an adjustable bed for each side for comfortable tv watching. A pet is allowed but must be on a leash if taken out into the community. There is a place in the back for them to use the bathroom. Just be sure to clean it up before you leave.
