「Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious. Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle. Location is 10min walk from station and easy access. Overall it's a great place with good value. I'll defnetely stay again. 」

「We booked the Fortune Hotel to use as a base whilst we were attending a wedding near Halifax. The hotel is in an ideal location just off the M62. In fact the motorway runs right alongside the hotel however don't let that put you off because you wouldn't know due to the excellent job they have done at the hotel to eradicate the noise. 「Public areas and services were good but there was a wedding reception the first night of our stay so the music was loud and intrusive whilst we were having a drink in the bar area. Customer service and food were good. We were not impressed with our Superior room. Both the room and the bathroom were small, particularly the bathroom. The position of the heated towel rail meant it was very difficult to reach. The wardrobe wooden sliding doors were heavy and very difficult to move.」
