Very pleasant and welcoming staff on arrival and at bar later. Room was lovely and clean and bed really comfortable. We didn’t eat there but did see some of the food other people got and it looked and smelled good Absolutely no complaints from us

From checking in, to checking out, the staff were amazing, always there to help in any way they could. Room was lovely, extremely clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty choice and we'll worth the £10 i paid for it. Thoroughly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time we have stayed in a Leonardo hotel and we are impressed. We stayed in Leeds centre . The location is in a nice area and only a short walk to shops and pubs .we were room upgraded which we hadn’t ask for which was really nice. It was my wife’s birthday so they gave us a large bottle of champagne and free breakfast. Drank the champagne but didn’t get up early enough for the breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back .

Clean room but very dated feel despite being a new build hotel. A few carpets in common area scuffed/worn in floor 7. Bed was a standard double and poor quality mattress - very disappointing. Good location for city centre.

My superior room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. I have stayed here many times and enjoy the food from the bar. I have never had breakfast, so unable to comment on this.

Decent last minute booking, staff friendly, room comfy and quiet. Lots of men dressed as women in the hotel, hoped they might come to my room for a massive party but they didn’t.
