"Room’s bathroom was junky, and terrible shower. Under construction so the front was cut off and had to take the stairs around back. Lobby and dining room was nice though. "

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable, a spring mattress. Our room lights did not work, nor the iron. It was fine but nothing special. The price reflects the experience"

"Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful."
