I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s only about a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station, making it very convenient for exploring London and getting around easily. Al principio no nos gustó mucho porque pensabamos que tenia baño privado (nuestra culpa por no mirar bien) pero nos ha sorprendido mucho para bien. Todo esta muy limpio, ellos son muy atentos, tuvimos un problema nuestro último dia y nos solucionaron sin ningún problema. El desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación excelente con dos paradas de metro distintas para lineas diferentes muy cerca del centro. Además, no hay mucho ruido por las noches, cosa que es de agradecer en una ciudad como Londres y en el centro.

Good location for visiting Regents and Hyde park etc. Comfortable and clean room, twin beds and quiet. The room we stayed in was as described basic with a sink. We had a fan which was helpful as it was a very hot night The included breakfast was a bonus. It consisted of 2 eggs and 2 bacon, bowl of cornflakes, orange juice, pot of tea and 2 slices of white toast with strawberry jam and marmalade per person. Friendly staff and close to food shops to buy fruit and yogurts and an evening snack.

All of the staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms basic, but perfectly clean. Sufficient number of shared bathrooms and seperate toilets, so never had to wait. All small, but again very clean. Good english breakfast served. The location is great, a few steps from Paddington station!

Everything was clean. There is breakfast. Staff was great. They clean the rooms all the time. The bathrooms are shared with other customers and are situated outside of the rooms in the halls, and I never had an issue. For the price, it cant be beat in this city.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location just a five-minute walk from Paddington station. Rooms are large and the showers/toilets are well maintained and cleaned. The staff are always on hand and some of the loveliest people I have come across - they went above and beyond at every turn.

I really like that the place was kept really clean. The breakfast had eggs, ham, toast, juice and delicious coffee with real milk. The staff was friendly, helpful and even let me check out an hour later without a fee. I would definitely stay there again ❤️

The breakfast was table service not full buffet but it was okay for free breakfast. The lady at check-in was very helpful. She checked us in early so i had more time to sleep. She was also very helpful and lovely to chat to. She went out of her way to find another room that was free that was able to check-in early. Very happy with her customer service
