「Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. "部屋の照明を全部つけてもとても暗かった。また調度品もかなりガタがきていて部屋全体が埃ぽかった。その後、トランジットを含めて20時間ぐらいの空の旅になったのだが、体中が痒くなりホテルに着いて見てみたらダニが噛んだ跡が30ケ以上見つかった。又、レストランのサービスは、とても悪かった。"
