「Classy and well run」

「It was a nice guest house, with a nice manager. Good for the price in Sydney. A supermarket in 10 minutes walk. With my business plan, however, I should have chosen a hotel at different location. It turned out to be a bit inconvenient for me as the bus I used run only once an hour.」

「Check in went very well even though I have arrived late. The room and bathroom were clean and comfort. Staff replied quickly when I needed support!! Thank you.」

「This granny flat was lovely and suited us. We had our own private entrance. Owners were excellent and gave us our privacy and they are very quiet. Facilities on the whole pretty good. It needs to be more mugs and some side plates would be useful. Bedding great A place to sit out in the sun was nice too. About 1.5kms easy walk to shops train station and taxis. We would use this property again」

「The location was great as it is very close to bus routes into the city which made getting around without a car easy. There was a bit of street noise in late evening due to the garage door not being sound proof but it was a nice neighbourhood to stay in.」

「The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.」

「Karen was a fantastic host. She even put out extra an table & chairs for us to have a G&T on the grass. The Barn had everything we needed to live day-to-day and enjoy ourselves. Fun small tennis court, lots of space and definitely pet friendly. Even our dog had treats waiting for her when we arrived. I can highly recommend The Barn.」

「The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. There is no check in desk as stated online, the property is down a lane directly off the street. The towels were thin and old considering the price we were...

「本当に大好きなホテルです！スタッフは皆さん優しくて笑顔で挨拶してくれて、拙い英語を根気強く聞いて答えてくれました。2ベッドルームも使い勝手が良く、窓からの景色も街並みが見えて良かったです。1階がビルズ！毎朝楽しく頂きました。近くの食料品的や雑貨屋さんも素敵で良かったです。お部屋のボディクリームなどが本当に良い香りで、頼んでフロントで購入させて頂きました。 また是非来ます！本当にありがとうございました！」

「３日間お世話になりました。 初めて利用させていただきました。 昔ながらの雰囲気が残っていて、私の家族皆気に入りました。特にエレベーターがとてもかっこよかったです！昔ながらの雰囲気がある分、若干劣化を感じる部分もありますが、それもここのホテルの良さだと思います。何度かスタッフさんとお話しする機会がありました。雰囲気の良い対応をしてくださり、安心して宿泊することができました。 また、シドニーへ来た際は利用させていただきたいと思います。 ありがとうございました！」
