"My friend and I chose this hotel purely for its location, which was amazing. If you’re planning to attend anything at Progressive Field or Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the location truly can’t be beat. You also have very easy access to the casino, which was a huge plus. However, there was only one working elevator and no real amenities that we noticed, which I could overlook. The one thing I cannot forgive was the lack of air conditioning in our room. We turned the thermostat down before we went out, but when we returned, there was no change at all. I called the front desk, and they said they would “reset it from down there,” but unfortunately nothing improved. We ended up sweating all night, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. For the amount we paid for just one night, especially when we were mainly paying for convenience and location, I expected a much more comfortable stay."

"I requested for my room to be cleaned and when I returned it was not done. I did not feel that the front desk went above and beyond to address the matter. Simply offered towel and garbage bags. The breakfast options were ok but inconsistent in what they offered but the staff were friendly and provided good service. The bar was poor. "

"The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern. We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us. I would say it's a good property for the area."
