「Property was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again. 」

「This hotel feels like it is slept on in downtown Cleveland and really is a great find! Right across the street from Rocket Arena, and a 5 minute walk to East 4th. The nearby dining options are great. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and lots of space to store items away in the room. The Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from was a nice touch. Shower is great for tall people - the shower head is mounted at about 7 feet and has a handheld, which is unheard of in hotel properties. Will...

「I stayed this hotel for a week. I wanted more laundry and drying machines. And putting only quarters for 2 bucks are inconvenient. 」

「this is the second time to stay for us and both of the time we were very much enjoyed to stay. the club/bar at B1 is really cool and many party at the weekend and you can go to the rooftop bar AZUR in summer. great location. Not like famous luxury hotel but if you like this style like W, you would love this hotel.」
