"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "

"Room was clean, bed was soft and very comfortable. Amenities were minimal there was a safe, but no fridge, no microwave no couch or sitting area. Staff were helpful and very nice. "

"This was the second time we stayed here. Our room was clean and quiet. This property is in walking distance to Grand Central Station which will take you anywhere you want to go. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "
