「I was required to fill out a form before checking in to the hotel, but when I arrived without knowing this, the hotel staff brushed me off and escorted me out. After that, I filled out the form outside and contacted the hotel, but I never got a response. In the end, I was unable to stay at the hotel and stayed at another hotel. No refund was given.」

「立地はとてもよく、1階のドリンクのサービスもデカフェもありとても助かりました。 清掃も入ってもえ、不満と言うほどではないですが、日によって一部のゴミ箱のゴミが残ってました。 セキュリティボックスがなかったので、貴重品は全て持ち歩く事になったのは不安でした。 全体的には部屋もシンプルで十分綺麗で良かったと思います。」
