The unstaffed check-in is problematic. Access Cides can go to your spam box (I discovered too late) and tphones can run out of power leaving on the street (as was the case with single female traveler I ran into waiting outside late at night) Phones not always answered in a timely manner. Stairway is really dirty. No elevator. My room was on the 5th floor! Bad water Pressure. There is a coffee machine in room but with a cord not long enough to reach power receptacle. Room itself is adequate and price, although high, better than most options.

We understood that there was no elevator but we didnt realize the impact of that after 20,000 steps of exploring, daily. Check in was easy. The room was exactly what they said it would be.
