「Hotel desperately needs updating. Breakfast is poor. Outside doors do NOT lock. Staff overcharged me, and told me it was MY FAULT for allowing the desk clerk to overcharge me, and I needed to make phone calls to fix THEIR MISTAKES. Staff needs training on customer service, and professionalism. Do not expect too much from this place other than a roof.」
