「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「Found the cleanliness of the room excellent - beautiful surroundings and the restaurant staff excellent as well」

「We had a wonderful stay at Queen of the Catskills! The home is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, set on a lovely, secluded property that feels peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for from a true, down-to-earth B&B. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy Catskills getaway!」

「We loved the history of the property and enjoyed the experience of staying in a historic building. The breakfast was top notch, fresh, local and in two charming breakfast rooms. At check-in the manager carried both of our 50 bags up the stairs to our room for us and shared a lot of the hotel history. Just off Main Street, walking distance to Baseball HOF, shops, and restaurants. Two thumbs up!」
