The parking lot felt safe. There is a small liquor store, barely a 50 yard walk from the front entrance of the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel is right in the middle of the downtown Main Street so there is access to quite a few coffee shops. Nothing gourmet in the town, but I would recommend Wise guy Sammy‘s

This was such a great little hotel. It was out of the way, but right in town at the same time. The lobby and dining area (only open for the complimentary breakfast) reminded me of an old English manor. The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, home potatoes, and crisp bacon, along with the other regular continental items. We walked out the back door from the second floor right onto a super cute Main Street. This place was just a great little treasure. We loved it!

Relaxing and Easy

Hotel was quiet, room was clean and tidy. No fireplace, but there was a mini fridge hidden away in one of the cabinets, as well as a microwave on the desk. The hotel’s right around the corner from the center of Main Street, so there’s plenty of shops and eateries to walk through. All in all, a pretty good experience for my first solo trip.

The location is perfect- just outside is the main street with many excellent restaurants. The property needs updating - smells like cigarettes, carpets stained, damaged wallpaper and bathroom fixtures. the staff is pleasant and the room was clean , bed comfort was okay. we've stayed here before , due to price and convenience, but i feel this could be a wonderful place if they fixed it up a bit.

Perfect for travelers! Don’t let the price fool you, this is a great place to stop: clean and large rooms, instant hot water in sink and shower, breakfast is limited as hotel is slow right now, but adequate, staff is friendly! I didn’t use but looked at: fitness room has stair step, bike, weight machine, treadmill; self service paid laundry room, business center. Walk out back from the second floor to charming downtown - fabulous pizza at Tinos is right there, as well as sushi place, and several others. Right off the highway and perfect for a quick stop.

Excellent. Super comfy beds & pillows, spacious. Amazing location - walk out 2nd floor to main street, lots of parking in rear by front door (signage lacking a little). Very clean, staff perfect, nice breakfast on weekends, decent continental weekdays. across from Foothills Performing Arts. Wonderful little areas for computer work. Indoor pool (but spa was inop). Rooms a little dated, but any negatives reviews are truly unwarranted. This will be my go to hotel in Oneonta when balancing price point. (note restaurant no longer operating).
