"When we checked in we were offered a renovated room for an extra 20.00/night with a garden view, we took it. They also asked if we wanted housekeeping everyday which we said yes too. First day we were there they didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for towels. They also failed to mention with a garden view that the music out by the pool would be so loud during the day that all you would hear is loud booming from the base all day! So we asked for a new room…they gave us a unrenovated room that the air conditioning didn’t work in and on top of that did not refund us our 20.00 for the remaining 6 nights we were there. Out of the remaining 6 nights in the unrenovated room housekeeping only showed up 2 times! We had to phone them every other day to bring us clean towels! Their excuse was that our privacy sign was on the door so that’s why they didn’t clean…I didn’t know you had to be up at 8:00 in the morning in Vegas and out of your room for the day to get your room cleaned! There was no reason they couldn’t have came back after doing other rooms to check if the privacy sign had been removed when we did leave for the day! All in all the stay there was not enjoyable. The only positive was the location of the hotel…housekeeping gets a big 👎👎👎👎"
