"the hotel was beautiful, room was very clean and the perfect size for us. the weather was very nice, the pools were great to cool off in. We had a little hiccup on our first day, with the pool area that we rented out was very warm,, water was extremely warm and I feel for the price we paid for the secluded area ($450) was a bit much. Other than that problem our first day, the rest of our stay was GREAT! casino area was great! and we had dinner at DONS PRIME, it was great! Great Stay!"

"The bellhops were the best and some of the staff helping you check in were very helpful. Otherwise most staff were rude and very unhelpful. When I was checking out one of them refused to listen to me and kept talking over to me, I had to explain to her 5 times that I was staying in that hotel, in the West Tower, and she kept asking me where I'm staying at - then when I insisted I needed help getting a hold of the bellhops she said to go to the desk, I did and she insisted that I go again. They were closed, apparently they don't have bellhops from Tuesdays to Wednesdays."

"Had a ball I have no complaints except the pool could be open a little longer, but everything else was fantastic. I love the trip love the hotel had a lot of amenities had a lot of things to do."

"Room was clean, but when i went in the shower, there was a small white towel full of hairs.hanging on the curtain rod. Guessing the cleaning staff missed it, beacuse it blended with the shower curtain. Staff was nice, enjoyed the slots. My 4 time staying at the Strat and its always a good vibe"
