Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

"My family and I had a wonderful time at Circus Circus. I was apprehensive about staying here given alot of the negative reviews and it's reputation. I now realize that your experience really depends on which area of the hotel you are staying in, and what your intentions are. We are locals who decided to stay for the weekend to have a last "hoorah" before going back to school. I stayed with my husband and 6 year old in the West Tower. If you're coming for a typical Vegas/21+ up experience, this might not be the place for you, unless your #1 priority is spending less on a room. That said, we have stopped by and played here on a few occasions, and usally have a pretty good time. Circus Circus has a more "locals casino" feel than a "Vegas Strip," one. Our room met the basic expected standard of cleanliness. Clean sheets & towels. Room smelled clean, floors were laminate, so no smelly, old carpet. The bathroom could have used some extra sweeping/mopping. There were some strands of hair, but the floor was clean otherwise. The amenities were lacking. 2 tiny bars of soap, and a shampoo/conditioner mix fixed to the wall. We always bring our own soap, shampoo, etc., so this wasn't an issue for us. However, if you rely on the soap provided when traveling, I could see why this would be a problem. We chose a "Deluxe" room to have a refrigerator, and chose the West Tower for a refreshed room. I'd seen people online complaining about waiting extremely long periods of time to get on the elev"

"A large room and we had a great view of the Sphere. Large bathroom and great shower which is needed in the heat. No free water or coffee making facilities in the room. We walked to a couple places outside the hotel for much better value coffee and breakfast options."
