The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is lovely but really large. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. If you're in the south tower the rooms are 2 elevator rides away. The courtyard pool is quiet and relaxing but the food is mediocre and the service ends at 2. If you want a cocktail or cold drink poolside or a snack you are out of luck or you have to go find it on your own . Room service is also slow to remove dishes. We gad to call down 3 times over an 7 hours. Housekeeping was also good but not great. We were missing bathroom amenities and we ran out of hair conditioner dring my shower (which) comes in a pump in the shower. Overall it was a 4/5. The location was great and everyone was really pleasant."

"It was disappointing that the main attraction the shark slide was closed. Overall the hotel was better than expected and we will be back hopefully when the slide is back open & upgraded"
