Desk person very friendly and helpful!
Didn't like first floor curtains not light blocking, every car brightness and outside lights lit up the room. 2 layers one sheer and one was supposed to be room darkening but wasn't and we felt with lights people could see in the room.

This was a great hotel for our one night in the Richmond area. We did a lot of sightseeing and it was nice to have a comfortable and clean hotel at the end of a busy day. Good breakfast, too. We can always count on Holiday Inn Express for a nice stay.

Friendly and professional staff who went out of their way to be accommodating. They were always personable, friendly and kind. Bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The area is not the most attractive and the chain link fence was a little intimidating to say the least.
