「The hotel was absolutely stunning! We stayed in room 512 and it was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made local dining recommendations. We landed on Windy City Pizza! So delicious!! The front desk clerk even upgraded our room. The views around the property you’re absolutely stunning.」

「The check in process was smooth, staff is polite and rooms are well maintained. Great view of the mountains from the hotel. There are quite a few decent restaurants nearby (around 5-7 minutes drive). The pool and spa area are a little dated. Daily breakfast was ok - mostly cereal, waffle and eggs. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are available near the front desk. Overnight parking is complementary in the private lot.」

「We use this property to make sure our field employees have a place to stay when they’re working in Vail. They like it and it’s comfortable. And the breakfast seems to be pretty good. Unfortunately the front desk lost one of the names on the reservation, we had a little bit of a kerfuffle trying to get one team checked in.」

「The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. 「Closed. Had to go across the road」

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」

「We had an easy check in with the manager. She was very informative. Had problems with the TV but we were in the mountains. If you’re looking for a fancy area this isn’t it. I loved it. Old mining town. Room was clean . 」
