Our room was very clean, well decorated and spacious which enabled our black Labrador to settle easily. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Fabulous value for money. 「Liz provided a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival. She was very attentive to our needs throughout. Communication before arrival was comprehensive and allowed for easy self check-in. She unhesitatingly helped sort out the WiFi and anticipated our need for an additional dining chair for a visitor, amongst other things. While very attentive, she was by no means intrusive. The house is spacious, warm and well equipped. A good stay!」
