「The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. 「I stayed there for a week and they never did housekeeping. I asked the front desk for it on the 3rd and 4th days but they didn't do it. 」

「We were removed a night early for septic issues. However before that, the hall was lined with trash bags that smelled so bad for hours. The breakfast was gross and the serving area was not clean. Out AC window unit was either freezing or boiling hot. It was not an enjoyable stay.」

「The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard.」

「Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained.」

「This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. 」
