「Clean, comfortable and warm, easy access to Cairngorm mountain / ski centre, Loch Morlich, Reindeer Centre and Loch Uaine (Green Loch). Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries. Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act」

The staff were very helpful and provided good service when asked. The reception, lobby areas and bar were all warm, and comfortable. The grounds were well kept, looked beautiful and were safe. 「We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here.」

「Room is quite simple, not WOW, but they renovated recently so it's quite clean. View from this hotel is amazingly beautiful, located in the middle of nature. All staff is very helpful, we have small problem when check in/out though. Their bar has huge range of whisky.」
