「Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.」

「No pets allowedVery small but perfect for 2 . Under new ownership and the new owners seem to be making upgrades to the property. Check in was a breeze and Brian is very responsive.The bungalow is a walkable distance to the beach and lighthouse.」

「We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. 「Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable. Very roomy and warm. Whenever I communicated with owner, she was very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!! Extremely happy with the accommodations.
