「現地にスタッフが不在で、入室方法がメッセージで届く。それ自体は問題はないが、hotel.comのメッセージは外出先でエラーが出て読むことが出来ず、電話もつながらず、到着時に大変苦労した。また、wifiの電源がたびたび切れて、きちんと設備が維持されているとはいえなかった。 」

「I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay. 」

「Perfect stay for the weekend. It’s nothing fancy but it has everything you need! The walk to town is less than 10 minutes away and it the cutest! Great bars, restaurants and shops!」

「Great accommodation, plenty of room for our family of 4, and lots of amenities. Big fan of the Nespresso maker! We had a small issue getting in - apparently the software that powers the door codes was down, but the owner answered my call, quickly gave us a new code, and all was good. She even ln followed up to make sure everything was good! 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay in Ellicottville! My fiance and I went cross country skiing at Holiday Valley just a 3 minute drive away. The warm fire was so cozy in this winter storm. We accidentally locked ourselves out but the hosts were able to get us back in immediately - no waiting or stress! Thank you for everything. 」
