It is a non profit education center and summer resort in southwestern New York. Outside visitors are welcome at the site and there are numerous places to stay outside of the community. "We booked for this property a week ago and it took the money out of my account within 10 seconds. The day we went to the property I called the owner and they said it was not available. That was a long-term rental only we were only looking to rent it out for one day, but in my search, it came up and we took it and Now we are waiting for a refund. If it wasn’t available, it should’ve been in my search button in saying it. was very disappointed. We had to find last-minute hotel."

"Had a great time, unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but the Rv was very clean and the host was amazing. We will definitely come visit again."

"The property is quiet and peaceful, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. When the first camper I booked wasn’t a good fit for me due to some air quality sensitivities, she generously offered another one that felt more comfortable. Both campers are older, so travelers with sensitivities may want to be aware of that — but everything was very clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful care the host puts into the space."

"If you like rustic cabins in a quiet setting this place is ideal. You can sit out by the fire at night and watch deer go by. The cabin is equipped with all the basics needed for your stay. Grocery store and restaurants were ten minutes away."

"Cute B&B run like a hotel just outsude the gate to the world famous Chautauqua Institute. Very quiet although it is an older home. Real nice staff."

"The apartment is clean and well appointed. Owner was available for all questions and/or issues. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely return. The only drawback for us, and we are seniors, was that there was no railing on the staircase going up to the bedrooms."
