「No thanks」

「Property was clean and the room was comfortable There was one glaring problem...the coffee in the breakfast area. It was dispensed by a machine and was the worst coffee my husband and I ever had! It was undrinkable.」

「While room was clean the overall room was musty and needing a dehumidifier. Mattresses are pass replacements. Room door lock was difficult and required several tries to get the latch to release properly for room entry」

「The air conditioning did not work and it was 95 degrees in the villa that we stayed in. The villa was no more than a motel room. The property was old and worn out and run down. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was entirely overpriced even if it was the 4th of July weekend.」

「Most of the staff are asian exchange students who mean well, but don't know what they are doing or don't know the english language well enough to help you. Who ever is managing the staff is not around to answer their questions. The actual buildings and grounds are very nice.」

「Clean room,friendly staff,ac worked great room had old water damaged but it wasn’t terrible.」

「The price was great. The room was clean. It was old but for a short stay it was ok.」

「Carpet was damp. The water didn’t get very hot for the jetted tub or the shower. Water pressure absolutely sucked and barely had enough pressure to shower. The chairs on the balcony were cheap plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break when I sat in it. They left a full ashtray on the balcony from the previous stay. TV had very poor blurred picture. It wasn’t worth what I paid for the night.」

「Spectacular views from our Pretty Hollow room of the Smokies. Very clean and elegant property. Dinners and breakfasts were pretty good. Staff were helpful in planning our river tubing and hiking to waterfalls adventures.」

「Rooms weren't as clean as I would hope. Beds need to be replaced. They are awful! Pool was nice and we enjoyed that. Staff was friendly. Decent for the price but won't stay again because of the terrible beds.」

「Just adequate. Room was clean, but smelled moldy. Property is dated and off the beaten path. Low volume day we were there. Skeleton staff had to wait for someone to come check us in. Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. 」

「Someone was always at front desk and greated us each and every time we walked by. The breakfast was very very good. The staff kept everything fresh and filled and was extremely friendly and welcoming」

「If location is important to you, then call this location to confirm their actual address. Expedia has an incorrect address for this location. We tried to correct it with their Customer Service but we were not successful. The hotel itself was great the employees were super nice, the pool was great.」
