「Very nice room and facility. However, a map of the premises would have been helpful since we are seniors and walking can be difficult.」

「Greeted by Zada at the front desk. She was friendly, welcoming & offered information about local eateries & events. Room was exactly as described & in the photos. Was clean& beds were comfortable. Exactly what we needed after our day of exploring」

「Clean, close to casino, good parking, comfortable bed, close to Waffle House.」

「Front desk super good. Let me borrow phone charger. Explain best way to get around the casino. Van driver was wonderful.」

「We stayed in the main lodge where there is no staff. The first night, no resturants were open so we had to eat at a nearby gas station. The next night, we had to buy food in Robbinsville and bring to the lodge as once again, no resturants were open. This was difficult because we were on motorcycles. Third night, finally ONE of the 5 resturants was open and it appeared to be understaffed. However, the employee that waited on us was tremendous and the only real highlight of our stay. That said,...

「Stayed here twice,clean,location great」

「Very clean room, staff was nice, properly was close to everything we wanted to do. Will visit again.」

「Staff always called back if we needed anything.」

「Wasn't told restaurant and pool was closed. They closed lobby at 5. Clearly cabin upkeep isn't priority, railings are rotting. The person that checked us in didn't know much about the area. At 300 a night with no amenities was very sad」

「This was the first time staying in a yurt. It was beautiful and had everything you would need. Communication with sky ridge was great they are great.」

「Weird building layout.」

「2nd time staying at Two Rivers. Quiet and well maintained. Great place to stay close to the Smoky Mountain National Park.」

「This was by far the words experience I've ever had in Cherokee. The toilet continued to run, the AC was not running properly and the TV kept buffering. The best part was walking distance to the casino.」
