「This is a great little old style motel. The family that runs it has owned it since the 50's. They have done very well keeping it updated and clean. We absolutely loved staying here again. I just wish it was a few miles closer to WCU. 」
「We loved that the property was close to town but very quiet. There’s a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor wrap around porch. It’s a quaint establishment with some history. We enjoyed two outstanding breakfasts. Paul is a gracious, friendly and knowledgeable host. 」
「Clean room friendly check in. However, if I had not had my top lock locked someone could have walked in my room around 10 p.m . I heard the doorknob open and the top lock stopped any one from coming in.」
