「The host and staff were awesome. Really nice sized bed and breakfast in the heart of Franklin. Only stayed for a night in the Baron room but it was so inviting and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was awesome and we really appreciated The host. Just had a great stay and hope to stay for a longer period of time next visit. Highly recommended!」

「The home was clean and beautiful just as was shown in pics. It was equipped with everything we needed! It was spacious and the game room was so fun! We enjoyed the pool table and dart games. We also enjoyed the fire pit and store supplies! It was a wonderful space for our family with plenty of space, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, a large deck…. It was perfect!」

「My husband found this property and booked it for me alone to spend a couple of days to unwind. I loved the way the whole property was laid out. The staff was friendly. Initially there was a bit of a hiccup when I was checked into a room of less value than what he paid for. Initially the staff wasn't going to give me the room that was paid for because there wasn't cleaning staff, but the front desk lady managed to clean and prepare the room I wanted. 「Staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything was clean and fairly modern. Even the guests were pretty nice. No one was loud at night (that I could hear anyway). Only negatives: the one bed mattress sunk down a lot. I had 2 beds, just used the other one. Also, there was only an cloth shower curtain that didn’t block water and water was on the bathroom floor after my first use Next time just pointed the shower head towards the shower wall. 」

「First Patty at check in was beyond sweet and she was so welcoming. Really wonderful employee. There were small things that were lacking like no hand soap and the shower gel was almost empty so really no soap to speak of. Also they have this cute card talking about making yourself an afternoon cup of trees but no tea. And then we returned around 8:45 and ran out to go to our car to grab surfing and left our key in the room. I called the emergency number passed at reception since no one was left...
