"This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

The property is extremely private, which made it the perfect place to relax during a very busy and stressful time for us.Debra was wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing dates during our move to our new home, which made the entire process so much less stressful. "Some of the remotes were dead for the tvs, and there was cobwebs on the pool tables. Other than that it was a very beautiful home with an amazing view. If you haven’t drove up a mountain then just beware of the drive it’s a little scary but soo worth it! Overall it was a great experience will definitely book next year. "

"This cabin was a perfect retreat for our family of 8! The amenities are well thought out, from the coffee station, gas grill, hot tub and fire pit! We purchased groceries and barely left the property! The cabin has a well equipped kitchen and stocked bathrooms. We enjoyed the easily accessible hiking trails and the peace and tranquility of the gated community. Franklin was an easy 10 minute drive where many excellent restaurants are available along with fun breweries and shopping in a charming town. Our family would definitely return to this cabin to revisit the area!"
